Do you accept insurance?
We are unable to accept vision insurance claims at this time but plan to start working with some insurance companies to make your custom eyeglasses as soon as possible.

Why does it take so long to get my glasses?
Due to our unique process of creating each pair of glasses from scratch, It normally takes about 2 weeks until your custom eyeglasses are completed, inspected, and ready to be shipped. We want you to have your new perfect pair as soon as possible, which is why we get started on your order the same day you send it.

What if I don’t like the glasses once I tried them on?
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us so we can make it right. See our refunds and returns policy for more details.
